In order to have the foods we need and love at home, we have to get them! Whether you do grocery delivery, or shop the old-school way, this section will dive deeper into ingredients, brands, and how to make the most empowered decision when you're standing in the aisle trying to choose what's right for you!
This section will go into depth on portions and macronutrients. The goal is to find a way of life that feels "DO-able" for you, without missing out on the fun stuff!
In this section, we revisit what we learned from Module 2 but dig so much deeper into meal planning. This module covers making meals (alone and/or with family), "meal prepping", and more...including a few recipes to get your ideas flowing!
In this section we build upon the snack ideas we've already gone through earlier in the course. This section goes more specifically into things to easily grab on-the-go and mini-meals!
In our final module, we are wrapping up everything we've learning throughout the course in a nice, neat little package so that we can start living live FULLY. Living fully includes meeting your energy needs through the fuel that you eat, and having enough nourishment for your mind, body, and soul! This last module will dive deeper into going out, drinks, etc, and will also wrap up our Back To Basics journey together!
