        Module 2: Going Grocery Shopping

Whether you do grocery delivery, or shop the old-school way, this section will dive deeper into ingredients, brands, and how to make the most empowered decision when you're standing in the aisle trying to choose what's right for you!

                Module 5: Snacks

                In this section we build upon the snack ideas we've already gone through earlier in the course. This section goes more specifically into things to easily grab on-the-go and mini-meals!

                  Module 6: Going Out To Eat, Beverages, and More

                  In our final module, we are wrapping up everything we've learning throughout the course in a nice, neat little package so that we can start living live FULLY. Living fully includes meeting your energy needs through the fuel that you eat, and having enough nourishment for your mind, body, and soul! This last module will dive deeper into going out, drinks, etc, and will also wrap up our Back To Basics journey together!
